The theme for this month’s Craft & Create with Cricut is simply home decor and I chose to go with seasonal home decor. While I haven’t started decorating my home for Fall yet, I know I will be in the coming weeks and it’s always fun to add something new to the mix. How about some pretty paper pumpkins!
So as I was scrolling through the “Home Decor” designs in Cricut Design Space, these pretty paper pumpkins caught my eye. And since I’m a Cricut Access member, the file was free to use!
Pretty Paper Pumpkins
I just love paper crafts. I think it’s because paper crafts usually come together so quickly and easily. And it doesn’t hurt that there are so many pretty papers and card stocks available. I decided to follow the colors that Cricut used: traditional fall oranges and yellows.
But after I made them, I thought how pretty they would be in non traditional colors and even patterned paper too! Hmmmm. Just might have to make a few more!
Cricut Design Space makes it so easy to find what you’re looking for.
As you can see in the image above, I chose the Home Decor category.
This is where I found the pretty paper pumpkins that Cricut is calling Chevron & Dot Pumpkins.
When you click on it, the above shows up on your screen. Scroll down and you will find the materials needed and instructions. I love this! At this point you either click on Make It to make the design as shown, or click on customize to resize or otherwise change the design.
I chose to keep it exactly as it was: size and colors. I cut out the pieces with my Cricut Explore Air 2.
The pumpkins were super easy to put together. I used a tape runner and glue pen. The leaves were attached with twine.
Have you started decorating for Fall yet? I’d love to know what you have made. Please comment below.

When you are about to have a big special celebration, you need an assistance from a group of people because there will be a tendency that you alone cannot able to cope of with the chores that are needed to be done, most especially with the chores at the kitchen such as cooking different menus to be served later to the guests, the desserts, the kitchen utensils, the table arrangement and many more. The tasks that are waiting to be done are too many but if no one will help you arrange or make all of these things in order but with the help of catering services, you have nothing to do but let the crews do the job for you.

I made the same pumpkins in 3 different sizes. The originals as tray favors for Halloween for the hospital I volunteer for. 11 inch ones for the fall volunteer lunch at the hospital, and 71/2 inch ones for a sorority dinner. My Cricut has had quite a workout!
