Raspberries and chocolate. It’s one of my favorite flavor combos. Another favorite is a good martini so it’s no surprise that I love this Raspberry Chocolate Martini recipe!
Besides it being so incredibly delicious, this Chocolate Martini Recipe is so easy to make.
When I went to my local Wine & Spirits store, I did a little price comparison between the Chambord and a lesser-known raspberry liqueur for a fraction of the price. Needless to say I left the Chambord on the shelf! I also chose to go with RumChata instead of Kahlua since I’m not a fan of coffee taste. And I love RumChata. I use it in my chai lattes!

This raspberry chocolate martini sounds delicious and perfect for Valentine’s Day, I like how you used RumChata instead of Kahlua to avoid the coffee flavor. I am also a fan of RumChata and chai lattes, so I can imagine how good this cocktail tastes.
